Ingredients:
• 1 (18.9 oz.) package Pillsbury® Funfetti® Spring Cake Mix
• 1 cup water
• ⅓ cup Crisco® Pure Vegetable Oil
• 3 large eggs
• ¼ teaspoon red food color
• ¼ teaspoon blue food color
• 1 (15.6 oz.) can Pillsbury® Spring Funfetti® Frosting
• OR 1 (15.6 oz.) can Pillsbury® Pink Vanilla Funfetti® Frosting
Method:
1. Heat oven to 350°F (176°C). Line cupcake pan with baking cups. Prepare cake according to package directions using water, oil and eggs. Place about 1⅔ cups batter into 3 separate small bowls. Tint one bowl pastel blue with ¼ teaspoon blue food coloring and one bowl pastel pink with ¼ teaspoons red food coloring. Do not tint remaining batter.
2. Using separate spoons for each batter, fill each baking cup with a scant 2 tablespoons each of blue, plain and pink batters. Do not stir batters together. Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely.
3. Frost cupcakes using Funfetti® Spring frosting and candy bits.
